
Een bruidstaart gemaakt door mij is niet zomaar een taart, dat is meer dan dat! Is heel speciaal net als jullie, gemaakt met jullie liefdesverhaal in mijn hart, geïnspireerd door de bruidsjurk of bruidsboeket, jullie uitnodiging of het kleurenpalet gebruikt op jullie mooiste dag. Het is een echte belevenis die leeft en zoet smaakt, net als jullie liefdesverhaal.

No frozen raspberries from a box – but “sun-happy” strawberries from the fields of Limburg.
Every coulis, mousse, and biscuit is freshly prepared, without pre-mixed ingredients or artificial flavors. The cake shouldn’t just be beautiful; it should also be remembered for its taste.
2. Seasonal is a must
A good wedding cake thrives on nature, so I work exclusively with what the season has to offer. This means no two cakes are the same – and that’s precisely what makes them so beautiful. Strawberries and raspberries dominate in June. Lemons are at their best in November and December.
This seasonal approach creates depth of flavor and sustainability. It’s my way of honoring local craftsmanship and making your cake extra personal.
3. Design with meaning
A wedding cake should reflect who you are, your beautiful love story, and the elegance of your wedding dress. That’s why I don’t make a standard cake. I listen to your story, look at your wedding platter, and translate your style into edible art. Think colors echoed in the flowers, monograms shaped with cream, and edible flowers so beautiful you can almost smell them 😉
